The Flapper Gate itself is NOT included in this package, neither is the assembly portion which inserts into the Flapper Gate. (2x) Flapper Gate hinges are included in this package, one hinge can work for both left or right side of the Flapper Gate. Flapper Gate Hinges are universal across all decks and all deck sizes.
The Flapper Gate is installed in step 4.3.

This is the 3/4″ wide SK 19 Extrusion that is commonly broke by not having the flapper complete up or down when shutting the tail gate. It was probably your buddy’s fault!
