Surface Expansion Panel (7’–8′)

The TRUCKBOSS Expansion Panel is a surface panel that allows a 7’ Deck Surface to become an 8’ Deck Surface. The last panel of the surface, the end where the Ramp Bar will sit, is removed and this panel is inserted as another intermediate surface panel. The last panel of the surface is then reattached to the new panel. A surface expansion panel can also be used to replace any intermediate panels which have become damaged. If you are attempting to convert a 7’ Deck into an 8’ Deck, please see the following note on deck size expansion.
In order to fully expand a 7’ Deck to an 8’ Deck, the following parts must be bought in an 8’ size:
8’ Rails, for both sides
8’ sides, for both sides (either expandable or base, depending on deck)
(2x) additional base deck plates, (for base deck only)
Long box fit kit (if moving to an 8’ box)
8’ carbide kits (if used for snow applications)
